Welcome to About Kayaks, located directly across from the St. Sebastian River at Dale Wimbrow Park in Sebastian, Florida. We are your only kayak facility located on the St. Sebastian River, and invite you to come and ride the river! About Kayaks offers kayak rentals and sales, storage, and pick up/drop off services. Our rental fleet includes both single and double (tandem) sit-in and sit-on-top kayaks as well as fishing kayaks equipped with electric motors and rod holders. You are welcome to take kayaks out on your own or utilize one of our expert naturalist guides. Whether your desire is to learn about the area’s nature, avoid getting lost, or find the best fishing spots, we have the guide for you!

Our services include a kayak convenience store stocked with last minute items such as water, sunscreen, and dry bags. We look forward to serving you and helping you to enjoy the tranquility of the unspoiled St. Sebastian River as well as many other incredible area locations. We will take you back to a time when Old Florida reigned and courtesy was the norm.
